Public project High Environmental Quality Label
The secondary school is composed by 4 distinct prefabricated concrete structure buildings from 1970.
This project consists in the connection of the buildings to create a unified one. It had to respond to the evolution of the education program, but obviously to the handicapped and fire safety regulation. It also had to follow the objectives of the climatic plan that asks to regulate the heat loss with the implementation of a high performance exterior insulation.
Advanced Design phase
• Assisted lead architect in the layout and the design of the project.
• Built CAD drawings and 3D models.
• Meetings with the clients, engenieers and the building surveyors.
• Liaising with the clients to learn his wishes about the program.

2009 - 2009The new airport of Nantes, France, Competition Public and private financing
Architect / Draftperson - Design team of 5 persons.
That project consists in a new organization of the air traffic in the west region of France. These organizations aims not just to create restructure the existing airport of Nantes but to create a new one in the north suburbs to globalize all the Bretagne region air traffic.
So, this airport project is not just air terminals but a real city implant in the old French Boscages in a strategic site. It contains the air terminal and the runways but also hotels, car parks and all administrative air company buildings. In addition, it has to be well deserved by all the infrastructures. A high speed train station will take place under the terminal and the highway will be extended until the airport.
• I was in charge of the air terminal and the boarding areas.

Architect and Project manager
The restructuring Lamoriciere elementary school project is a High environmental quality project. This project had to respect the new climatic plan for Paris which ask to reduce the CO2 emission using best thermal insulation materials, creating our own energy...
It's about the restructuration of a secondary school and the design of a new primary school.
The all project is about 5000m2 with 2300m2 of a new wood construction in 3 floor added in the existing concrete building.
The program also included 3 refectories for all the 300 students with a large school catering which may prepare 1100 meals per day for the schools around.
In the existing building, our intervetion was to make the fire safety and the accessibility for handicapped persons up to date on the 4 floors of the building.

Architect member of a design team of 8 persons.
A 60 000 spectators athletic and soccer stadium with associated multi levels of parking (3500 places). The whole projects also include a big commercial area, hotels and sports clinic.

• Built CAD drawings based on information provided by customers and engineers.
• Produced D.A documentation.
• Layout of the stadium square environment and his regulation with the frame of the stadium.
• I had to manage the public access from the underground car park and from all the different way to access the stadium. I also had to manage the security access.
• Design of the independent multi storey car park for Development Application submission taking care of his integration in the urban skyline.

2006 - 2006The SCAU Firm is a french firm of architects and engineers. Consisting of about 40 architects based in Paris. The firm specializes in several areas including : mostly healthcare, culture, education, sport, housings, offices and retail.
That was the architects who built the amazing France's Stadium.

The competion for a new hospital in Manosque.

The competition for the restructuration a the hospital of Rouen.
Building in construction.
The competition for the Prisons models of Poitier, Le mans and Le Havre. Competition lost.
• In all that projects i was a member of the design team as drafter. I was in charge of the modification of the CAD drawings.
