Implementation and management of the new localizations model/project across EMEA, in order to move from a model where localizations were developed and maintained by locally, to a centralized organization in order to bring various benefits to the stakeholders :

The Main Responsibilities:
. Get buy in & involvement of all stakeholders; Countries, Development, Strategy, Remote team, Translation Group, Support, Other regions
. Put the infrastructure in place; Development environment, tools & standards, translation, releasing and support infrastructure.
. Define Scope with countries and development/strategy through detailed review of requirements and mapping to standard product features and existing localizations.
. Manage the projects, scope and budget, once launched with countries and remote team. Team made of 4 directs reports based in Europe and US, Projects managers, and 100+ dedicated development resources in India.

The main responsibilities:
. Adapt the positioning of the existing product suite, and help define new markets and targets and new solutions.
. Work with country solution leaders to help them allocate their resources and identify revenue areas
. Make sure countries maximize sales of financials (e.g. determining best upsell opportunities)
. Position new products to pre-sales and sales community and keep feeding them with required knowledge, focusing on the changes of the IFRS framework and their ERP impact
. Support the field organization when Development involvement is required
. Acquire in depth knowledge of new products in order to have more realistic positioning
