- Renault (Automotive Sector): Delivery of high traffic promotional websites for the release of the new models.
- Total (Energy Sector): Delivery of the group communication website (www.total.com)
- Hennessy (LVMH Group): Delivery of www.hennessy.com for this global luxury group
- Nissan (Automotive Sector): Delivery of a social and content platform to promote electric cars: www.the-big-turn-on.co.uk. Over 1 million social activations.
- La Poste (French Postal Service): Delivery of www.laposte.fr, the group communication website
- Strategy and development of a new CMS. The new architecture of the tool includes a complete MVC model, heavy use of OOP, data abstraction, etc. within the Symfony2 framework

Directly reporting to the CEO, I had the responsibility of all the websites owned by Fotovista, the most important being www.pixmania.com (leading European e-commerce website, with approx. 800M€ turnover last year).
The IT Department at Fotovista is 120 people strong (10% of the company). It develops in-house the e-commerce websites, as well as the internal business tools (product management, finance, warehouse management) using Opensource technologies.
Main missions:
- Structure the IT Department to develop a real “project management” culture,
- Guarantee the availability 24x7 of pixmania.com and the other websites owned by Fotovista, as well as websites hosted for external clients (www.laboutique.bouyguestelecom.fr, www.thelink.co.uk)
- Manage all of the HR aspects of the IT team (budget of approx. 4M€),
- Manage the rewriting and hosting by Fotovista of all the DSGi websites (Dixons, Curry’s, and PC World).
Main achievements:
- Delivery of Pixplace, the marketplace that allows third party vendors to sell their products on pixmania.com (similar to Amazon Marketplace),
- Setup of two new redundant and load-balanced locations to host the company's servers, providing a much higher availability,
- Setup of new processes for the management of projects using agile methodologies,
- Modification of the structure of the IT Department, with the addition of Project Directors (process management, liaison with some business departments) and Lead Developers (peer reviewing and testing).

- Over 500 000 unique visitors per day,
- Over 400 servers and over 200 network appliances, dispatched over 3 locations around Paris,

Alcôve was the first French company dealing only with free software. I was at first a pre-sales engineer, then manager of the pre-sales department (3 people), and then CTO (20 people).

- Setup of a Linux distribution for a specific telecom appliance (Alcatel, budget 30 000 Euro).
