    * Arranging duty travels, visas, ticket requests, HOTAC and perdiem allowances for Area Manager, station staff and external visitors either from HO, outstations or others.
    * Arranging all formalities for newly joined staff in the station: appointment, orientation and all administrative related needs like Staff n°, ID card, email ID, etc.
    * Coordinating with Head Office Training Dept. for staff trainings with all related logistics: visa requests, flight bookings, HOTAC, etc.
    * Coordinating with Uniforms Dept. for station staff uniform requests (issue, re-issue, return)
    * Drafting mails, memos and letters for station, Head Office and external partners in English, French and Arabic.
    * Preventing little problems from becoming big issues ;
    * Ensuring proper paper/electronic filing and records and maintaining accurate trail on station related documentation/issues ;
