Human Resources Business Partner with 20 years’ of experience in multinational environments, matrix organizations and regional structures.
I considered myself a self-motivated, enthusiastic, determined and proactive professional. I look to provide quality HR service to the organizations I serve. I’m used to work with people from all disciplines and backgrounds and I have the ability to manage demanding workload with frequently changing priorities. I’m result oriented, adaptable to change, analytical, excellent communicator and team player.
Currently I am part of the European HR Organization of CooperVision, being involved in strategic projects, business transformation, administrative efficiency, employee engagement, retention, coaching, development and often taking the lead on specific regional projects.
In my role I manage operational and strategic projects, partnering with the Global Centers of Expertise in USA, the EMEA HR team and working daily with Senior Leaders to ensure HR is a value added function.
I have experience supporting different countries in EMEA and APAC such as Spain, Portugal, Italy, France, Turkey, UK, South Africa and Australia and functions like sales, service, finance, engineering, IT and marketing.
My interest is to continue developing my career in the HR area supporting the Business and the Management to improve the organizational performance of companies.
