Project duration was 12 months. The solution was innovative, developed and customized by the French team, deployed by the Singapore team and hosted in our Taiwan 24x7 Datacenter, and the phone application & GUI were developed by a Japanese vendor. We delivered on time and within the budget. The project was awarded (Quarterly Employee Recognition Q1 2010).
    - Worked together with our roaming partner to deploy an hybrid roaming solution (SS7 + OTA steering) in the premises of a leading Singapore mobile network operator. The project duration was 7 months.

    In charge of developing, deploying, and supporting Boonty online gaming solutions in Asia

    - Studied the market and defined functionalities to be setup.
    - Established 5-year roadmap and presented it to the top management for budget approval
    - Wrote and published RFPs and selected suppliers.
    - Drove the development of the applications and the implementation of the platforms (full SDLC).
    - Outsourced the HubEDI product development to supplier.
