• Provide centralized oversight and processes to the country Business Planners.
• Work with Sales and Operations leadership to establish processes, policies and reports needed to support
sales and achieve revenue targets.
• Oversee Territory Planning process for EMEA.
• Responsible to set up monthly review meetings with the regions in alignment with MD EMEA, and summarize
all data and market color in a monthly report.
• Develop new customer report.
• Manage Sales contracts database.
• Support and provide guidance to country BPs in reviewing (re) new(ing) Sales Contract and the (discount)
conditions. Develop a consistent margin analysis tool.
• Be an expert in consumer and market understanding (cultural drivers, market trends, competitive landscape
and retail evolutions).
• Provide business solutions based on strong and detailed analyses.
• Be aware of product and marketing activities and how they connect to planning and sales.
• Work closely with the country Sales teams and the VP of EMEA to develop demand forecasts.
• Provide the regional Operations team with a timely and accurate demand plan based on regional territory
plans, historical performance, future performance indicators and statistical analysis.
• Analyze brand performance, brand competitiveness, and product trends in the marketplace and develop
strategies based on research and analysis.
• Gather insights and information about specific projects that may influence future business and product
solutions.
• Provide coaching, direction and leadership support to business planners (with a dotted line reporting structure).
