    2013 - 2014 In the perimeter of migrating all its Pts from Windows XP to Windows 7, Airbus Helicopters recruited a PMO.
    As a PMO I sas in charge of:
    - Defining the methodology to follow-up This migration (meaning defining the complète Project Management Plan)
    - Implementing the different KPIs and weekly reports
    - Coaching/Reminding when needed the different actors around Projet Management
    - Helping to find solutions and reportant issues to solve blocking points

    Sophia Antipolis 2013 - 2013 Design and implement a Dashboard to follow-up incidents for the whole division and by extension to the whole comptant.

    Sophia Antipolis 2012 - 2012 The division in charge of delivering to our end customers products allowing to book travel segments represented around 1000 man years, financed by approximatively 200 of different budget lines.
    In order to make sure every key actor has the correct amount of person to succeed in delivering the projects/products, the forecast of input money given had to be closely followed.

    * Quarterly coordination of forecast exercises - 60 key actors.
    * Monthly spent analysis.

    Design:
    * Definition of a complete new Budget and Forecast Data model.
    * Improvement and stabilisation of existing system
    * Creation of automated reports for Top Management.

    * Coordination with other teams using Spent and budget data.
