With 18 years Consulting with ALTRAN, I am participating to many challenges of the customers innovative projects as :
-Creation of 2 Cellular telecommunications networks in two foreign countries,
-Managing the quick growth of the network and innovative features with technical and financial aspects, creating innovative methods, communicating with all connected entities impacted.
-Introduction of new features and new technologies in some Telecommunication networks in France and foreign countries, managing, the Qos, risks and the impacts.
-Helping operators to overpass the quality of service for their customers.
Also contributing to develop business in finding new projects and opportunities, recruiting team members, I keep an opened mind to various domains for completing my skills.
Overall, my cross-functional business knowledge acquired through my experience, I have completed an Executive MBA at the ESG school, growing again my interest in the following :
Company strategy, strategic marketing, Business Strategy, Change management and innovation, Auditing and Financial strategy.
Also having experience in Space and aeronautical industries as for Eurocopter with the creation of the Integrated factory design and as In the European Space Center in Kourou for the telecommunication aspect, I am aware of the high quality made on various projects, the risks, impacts and cost, depending on the strategy defined.
