J'occupe la fonction de consultant senior au sein d'Accenture. Je suis impliqué dans différents projets dans le domaine du management consulting et plus particulièrement des ressources humaines. Je suis actuellement principalement alignés sur des projets de modernisation au sein de la fonction publique (réforme Copernic & Coperfin)

    Federal Public Service Finance:
    Learning transformation at the training department. Coaching and supporting a team (8 people) in:
    Providing training solution to 50 business projects (30.000 people impacted): training needs analysis, budget, priorities, coordination ...

    Supporting the implementation of a new tool for training administration: defining a strategy of deployment, designing new processes, defining the role of the light and heavy users, change management & communication.

    Transforming the practices of the training department in order to align them with best training practices (strategy based on 6 pillars: governance, business interlockTM, content, learning approach, administration & reporting).

    Federal Public Service Finance - Business transformation program:
    Supporting internal teams in the preparation of the different operationnalisation activities on the field, more specifically within the domains of change management, communication, team building & coaching.
    Development of a competency based evaluation tool designed for program managers & project leaders.

    Federal Public Service Economy - Business transformation program:
    Assisting the project leader in the different phases of the BPR: AS IS, TO BE, gap analysis and implementation plan.
    Responsible for projects linked to the reform in the public services (Copernicus): job descriptions, development circles (assessment system) and training.
