I've specialized in Digital Content and Community Management.I have worked for 3 years in this area, mostly with clients related to the fashion industry in Brazil. I came to France in 2012 to develop my career and to further my studies. I finished my studies as an MA student in marketing and commercial practices at the Sorbonne Graduate Business School in july 2015, where I wrote my dissertation on the potential uses of visual social media content to generate business intelligence.

I currently work within the department store Printemps Haussmann.

  • Printemps - Responsable de corner

    Paris 2013 - maintenant Responsible for the prospection, customer relations and made-to-measure services at Maria Luisa Mariage, the new joint project between fashion icon Maria Luisa Poumaillou and the department store Printemps Haussman. Maria Luisa Mariage is a bridal shop which proposes a new interpretation of the wedding gown and its accessories, staying in sync with the worldwide known fashion DNA of Maria Luisa.

    - I am responsible for the daily management of the store, as well as the development of our sales numbers.
    - I am actively responding the commercial goals in regards to the development of our client base.
    - I keep the store well organized and follow the directives of the merchandising team.
    - I am in the sales surface most of the time, counseling and keeping the highest standards in service to provide a memorable shopping experience for our clients.
    - I am in constant awareness of stock changes, always ready to anticipate demand in order to keep our clients satisfied all of the time.
    - I keep myself updated with fashion trends and changes, in order to help me to build a strong relationship with our well informed clients and to help me better develop sales.

  • UseFashion - Consumer Trends Researcher

    2011 - 2012 UseFashion is one of the oldest trend forecasting bureaus in Brazil, and one of the most respected. I worked as a consultant forecaster. My focus was research and consultancy on global consumer trends.
  • FIEMG - Corporate Digital Communications Manager

    2010 - 2011 I've worked at FIEMG, a brazilian industry federation, at the corporate communications sector. I've been responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies for one of FIEMG's most prestigious events, the fashion trade fair Minas Trend Preview. Responsabilities included planning web environments, developing e-services for the event's public, and adressing the online PR of Minas Trend Preview. I'd report myself directly to the Corporate Communications Director.
  • 5 clicks - Social Media Analyst

    2009 - 2009 Freelance webwriting and social media managing at 5clicks, a local digital media agency in Brazil. Responsabilities included webwriting, developing online PR strategies and evaluating the client's results.
