    Data analysis: Understand the 'why' behind the 'what' of what consumers share (based on psychoanalysis principles) to derive strong recommendations for the client.
  • C Space - Associate Consultant

    2014 - 2015 The responsibilities of an Associate Consultant are:

    - Research Design: Design activities that will answer the client's brief and objectives

    - Community management: engaging community members, steering discussions and probing consumer comments to drive relevant insight

    - Data Analysis: Conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis to understand the ‘what’ and the ‘why’ behind consumer comments, both online and offline.

    - Reporting: Deriving clear recommendations and implications from analysis and findings

    - Teamwork: Providing support to lead Consultants and Consultancy Directors in nurturing good client relationships

    Chenôve 2012 - 2012 • Organisation of internal events for 800 employees which allowed me to develop my organisational skills

    • Organisation of President François Hollande’s visit which required me to maintain high standards while working under pressure

    • Edition and news-writing for the internal newspaper which allowed me to develop my writing skills

    • Creation of an e-learning module which required me to be comfortable with new technologies

    • Setting up of internal communication campaigns which required me to plan my actions in time

    • Creation of an internal exhibition room which allowed me to develop project management skills

    Results: 92% of satisfaction on organised events, successful events covered by national and local press
  • International Council of Museums - Management Assistant

    2011 - 2011 • Strategic advising on the modernization of the association which allowed me to develop my problem-solving skills

    • Daily contact with 117 national committees which required me to adapt quickly to different cultures in three different languages

    • Help to the organisation of international meetings which required me to be pro-active in an international context

    • Organisation of a membership renewal campaign, which allowed me to develop marketing promotion skills

    • Study of membership level on Africa’s museums, which allowed to develop an interest for current cultural issues.

    Results: Re-shape of the association’s organisation chart, 50% of contacted members renewed their membership
