    Leading the following duties and responsibilities:

    Manage the follow up of Mobile Marketing Products line, including value proposition, roadmap, market and competition analysis, business context and all documents related to products.

    Help to define the products suited to the needs of the customers and market trends thanks to Agile methodology.

    Identify the expected features and select the ones that bring the most value or benefit to users, prioritizing and scheduling them through the releases or product versions

    Create and describe features and needs in very detailed user stories

    Maintain the product backlog

    Accept or reject user stories implemented by R&D team.

    Follow scrum methology.

    Be key interface between R&D and operational/sales teams, communicating our strategy about the Mobile Marketing products and consolidating information to build business use cases and business plans.

    Lead a compelling the presentation of the roadmap for internal and external customers to transmit a key value proposition of the products.

    Manage budget to ensure the success of the roadmap strategy.

    Monitor the implementation of the roadmap decisions.

    Initiate, drive and support innovating and impacting roadmap enhancement projects.

    Update, follow up and make the roadmap available.

    Build communication tools (sales pitches, training, packaging, marketing tools).

    Develop Go-To-Market strategies (solution and services definition, packaging, pricing and positioning, strategic priorities).

    Support the responses to calls to tenders, RFPs and RFIs (products selection),

    Collaborate with sales teams to develop key markets and business opportunities facing messages regarding the product: Value added, use cases, techo related and feasibility of the business cases.

    2004 - 2005 As a freelance I had the opportunity to enhance my entrepreneurial skills providing my experience on the software designing and development field, applying UML and ER (Entity Relationship Model) I designed the first insurance system on the web in Colombia for Euroamerican Re group and also I had the chance to prepare an independent e-commerce project, an online colombian market for colombians abroad.

    2000 - 2003 While I was attending my computer studies I was working part time as Developer & Analyst Assistant, from early I had the chance to learn about how to manage presion, customer expectations and crisis.
    I was in charge of develop and implement the first customer relational database, developing and presenting financial and market reports to management.
