Animal Experimentation: Establishment and monitoring of experimental mice cohorts, feeding behavior, intraperitoneal injection, gaseous or injectable anesthesia, intracardiac perfusion and puncture, dissection (fetal, neonatal, adult) of brain, pituitary, liver, adrenal gland, pancreas, adipose tissue…
Tissue Culture: Micro dissection and explant cultures on mice arcuate nucleus.
Histology: Sections on cryostat, vibratome,immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence, image analysis.
Molecular Biology: RNA, DNA and protein extraction, genotyping, RT-PCR and qPCR.
Biochemistry: Western Blot, ELISA, Chromatin Immunoprecipitation (ChIP).
Software: Microsoft Office, EndNote, SeqScape, ImageJ, Photoshop (basic use), GraphPad Prism.
Languages: English: reading (advanced) writing and oral (intermediate), French: native language.
