  Duties & Responsabilities:
  
  • Collect and study data to determine costs of business units.
  • Co-lead the budget and rolling forecast process of the Branch
  • Analyze budget variations and recommend budget adjustments.
  • Prepare monthly and Semesterly Activity reports that highlights the key drivers of expense variances in comparison with Budget, prior forecast and prior months.
  • Work with the Department Heads to prepare the Triennal Strategical Plan, Implement Business Units Dashboards and Reporting Models.
  • Coordinate the Activity Monthly Business Review
  • Implement Summary Dashboards for the top management needs
  • Carry out Specific missions and tasks (Auditing, Operational units Assistance...)
  • Set and Analyse BU KPI'S
  • Ensure Compliance with the company procedures, top management guidelines...
