Responsibilities:
- Working as a power plant commissioning chemist
- Closed cooling water system and main cooling water system commissioning,sampling and analysis.
- Calculation as per system requirement and dosing chemical.
- Steam water sampling,analysis,maintain dosing as per specification,and maintain steam water analysis system as per plant requirement
- All laboratory analysis related to boiler water ,condensate water,DM water,cooling water etc.
- Instrument like GC,HPLC,spectrophotometer,calibration as per specification,conductivity meter,ph meter ,DO meter,chlorine analyzer,turbidity meter Moisture test auto Karl fisher titrater etc.
- Experience in industrial water chemical treatment applications: boiler water treatment (pre-treatment, corrosion inhibition, O2 scavenging, anti-scalant and dispersant programs), cooling systems (exchangers, chillers, closed cooling water loops, cooling towers - programs used: corrosion i
