Tasks:
• Received new parts:
• Compiled all the information about them (date;P0;PR;qty.received;balance…) on MAINPACK(a software) or on Microsoft Excel sheet
• Send reports to the plant manager
• Arrange stocks on store shields by part numbers
• Organize the parts issued used on workshop plants(machines)
• Organize the stock take
• Maintained the store housekeeping.
My own responsibility
• keep lubricants & gas stock going (for about 220 machines need);
• maintain contact with over partners on site, for buying or borrowing workshop emergency needs
• Organize paperwork for trucks coming or going from site for delivery or sending parts (Bamako, Senegal, Burkina, Ghana)
• Doing report for theses activities
• Logistic assistant at BCM Office Bamako: assist on demobilization work (make custom papers for: plants & parts to be sent out side MALI: Ghana, RCI, BURKINA, and SIERRA LEONE.); Keep update the remaining goods of BCM in MALI.
