    Puteaux Cedex 2013 - maintenant My mission consists on the development of competency management tools for all operating functions (Logistics, Transportation, air and sea transits, Handling, Shipping, unbundling ...) and support functions (accounting and management financial, business management and marketing, human Resources ...) of the Group. In this context, I am in charge of the following projects:

    *** Updating jobs descriptions

    *** Implementation of competency framework,including a rating grid for staff evaluation

    *** Constitution of an operational inventory of all the jobs of the Group, Classification of jobs with a view to improve internal mobility policy.
