Participated to 11 scientific cruises for the validation of new sonar concepts:
4 on fisheries acoustics (wideband sounder), 2 on bottom characterization and measurement of reflection coefficient), 2 on underwater acoustic navigation and positioning (AUV and torpedo navigation),3 on sidescan sonar imaging (synthetic aperture and/or parametric sidescan sonar).

Participated to the design and construction of 11 sonar prototypes:
parametric synthetic aperture interferometric sonar, airborne parametric sonar for in-situ characterization of material properties, passive airborne synthetic aperture sonar for noise source localization on cars and trucks, passive imaging system for the identification of vibro-acoustic sources in a truck cabin,acoustic positioning for towed arrays, wideband low frequency synthetic aperture imaging and mapping sonar, wideband synthetic aperture imaging sonar, high accuracy, large range acoustic navigation systems for torpedoes,wideband sounder for fish species classification at sea, improved range long baseline for underwater navigation, interferometric correlation sonar for fisheries in lake and rivers
