    o Establishment and governing sales policy rules for the entire zone (who sales where)
    o Definition of the commercial strategy and identification of new businesses
    o Management of major Nordics wood companies

    o Turnover growth: +20% CAGR
    o Contract negotiation and hiring of 2 new distributors in Norway and Sweden.
    o Development of new business -door & window segment- and first sales (4.5 M€ potential turnover)

    - Identification of new markets (motorcycle fuel tank) and new customers, prospection in Europe
