2005 - 2008Working as a Senior Account Manager for Polen, I served as point of contact and liaison between the client, the creative team and the production print/studio and had direct contact with various brands.
Another part of my responsibilities was to assist in the preparation of strategic market analysis before initial brief.
Developing and maintaining accuracy and the highest quality in my work are my goals, therefore resulting in a responsibility for follow-up tools that maximised good client satisfaction and smooth internal production as well as a direct production follow-up on special events (such as internal conventions, board meeting).
I pay attention to detail as well as problem solving and always ensure deadlines are met.
