2009 - 2012I Defined and Implemented key initiatives and strategy to improve processes, operational efficiency, and help our office becoming more intelligent.
• I developed and implemented a system that helps improve the communication of clients’ specific request. That system enables representative to track down clients’ requests so we can provide the right information and updates to the clients which helps avoid duplication of requests and errors.
• I conducted training to help representatives become more efficient and to prevent errors. This included the preparation of material and presentation as well as one on one coaching session. That initiative helped reduce errors by more than 75% after 2 months.
