I'm currently holding a position of PreSales support & Marketing / Business Development director in the Industry Business Unit of Schneider Electric China. I am now based in Shanghai.
Graduated in 2003 from the Ecole Centrale Paris (Master in general engineering).
I've got experience in:

* Offer Creation project: Market analysis, Offer definition, Customer view of Design choices, evaluation of customer impact of quality issues, Communication means realization, Launch & Training for commercial organization. Very interested in creating new offers/solutions for strategic Markets.

* Offer Marketing (Sales Forecast, Product Life cycle, Quality monitoring, Offer simplification, Presentations in face to face or large conference to customers). I led offer marketing function both at global level (interface with R&D for offer stRategy and global launch) and inside country operations (driving sales force).

* Project Leadership (even in virtual environment with teams members on different locations).

* Customer support, I like activities where the customer need is central.

* International Business : French native, I've been 2 years in Tech support in Australia and now 3 years in China. I've been a Business Unit Product Manager : central point of contact for local Product Managers in every countries. I led customer interviews/visits all around the world (France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, UK, Sweden, China, Australia, Singapore). I'm very attracted by multi-cultural positions.

* Business development.

* Automation Market especially Process Control. Technical experience in PLCs, VSDs, Power Measuring devices.

* Management / Leadership: I have been both front line manager and multiple teams manager (up to 60 people).

    Rueil Malmaison 2014 - maintenant Management of multiple PreSales support functions for China Process Automation Business (main portfolio: DCS, Safety System, PAC, Hybrid DCS)
    - Offer Marketing (Offer management and Offer promotion) – Strategy and 4P management + new strategic offers development (PES DCS, M580 ePAC - we doubled those new offers business every year).
    - Pre-Sales technical support for both transactional and solution business
    - System solutions proposals management
    - Business Development. Example of achievements: new segment applications (like ThermoSolar, Life Science, ...), Industrial Services (recurring, Installed base modernization, ...), Cyber Security.

  • Schneider Electric - Internal consultant

    Rueil Malmaison 2013 - 2013 As part of an internal talent team I investigated the needed set-up of Schneider Electric in Africa. As part of the project I put in place a global coordination program for EPC ship-out business from China to Africa. Final restitution was in front of executive committee members of Schneider Electric.

    Rueil Malmaison 2010 - 2014 - Launch activity management
    - Product offer management role from strategy deployment to maintenance phase
    - Partnership management and integration/deployment in offer range
    * Scope: global Schneider PLC business
    * Frontline management of 13 Offer Managers and Marketing experts based in France and US + functional Management of Marketing teams in Offer Creation Centers in China and India
    * Definition over the 3 first months of a complete offer vision and Road Map including M580 ePAC (that I directed from early innovation concept till global launch organization). Award of the best PLC in 2014.
  • Schneider Electric - Project Manager

    Rueil Malmaison 2009 - 2009 As part of an internal high potential training (developing leadership skills): project leader of an internal communication project (6 months with 7 other trainees all based in different countries).
    Topic: investigate a new unique Intranet based on Web2.0 technologies. Benchmark of other companies and recommendations.
    Final restitution in front of Executive Committee members.
  • Schneider Electric - Marketing Project Leader

    Rueil Malmaison 2008 - 2010 Marketing leader of a Senior Product Manager Team for strategic program which defined long-term Process Controllers offers. Over the last 2 months before changing my position I became Director of this program.
  • Schneider Electric - Marketing Product Manager

    Rueil Malmaison 2006 - 2008 Product Manager for a PLC range ("Modicon Premium")
    * More than 100 Million € Turnover per year.
    * In charge of product evolutions, quality issues, forecast, new features launch, customer and commercial organization presentations. Achieved all objectives in Product Quality
    * Marketing Leader and Launch Manager in the Project development team for the "Premium Hot Standby" offer (PLC redundancy offer). Very good commercial success (around 130 projects won around the world in the 1st year of commercialization) with a high quality level.
  • Schneider Electric Australia - Application Engineer - Technical support

    Rueil Malmaison 2004 - 2006 Application engineer giving technical support for Automation products (PLC, Variable Speed drives, Motor starters, etc) for every Schneider automation customers in Australia.
  • Schneider Electric - Electronic & Software engineer

    Rueil Malmaison 2003 - 2004 Design and realization of an electronic card and its associated Software to be used as internal tool (for capture of exchanges going through communication Bus of Schneider PLC).
