ATHENES
Shanghai/ Athens Cultural Walks/Tours & The Arts of Well Being are the result of 17 years of intense travelling, learning and living/working in Asia ( Japan, India and China ). Currently based in Athens, Greece, I am trying to bring back to the West the results of these experiences, to offer a different outlook on life and its manifold beauties in this difficult time of crisis: a spirit of oneness, interconnectivity and openness, where art and culture are a central part of what is commonly called healing. I wish to convey and teach that any happy life can benefit from a more integrated way of life, one cultivating the joys of learning, understanding and loving the world, the beauties of art and nature, as well as a holistic approach to well-being.
