- Senior business executive combining international management and new business development in the FMCG (with over 30 years experience in the Nestlé group). Experience of due diligence, M&A and strong at growing businesses and Brands / categories in emerging, challenging markets such as China, Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia and Bulgaria. Skills include marketing across categories (Food / Culinary, Confectionery, Beverages and Infant Nutrition) sales and Out Of Home (OOH) channel expertise.
- Solid track record achieving growth organically (top and bottom line) or through acquisitions with strong ability to manage / lead businesses, projects, investment in multi-national organizations and negotiate with local JV partners, defining targets and implementing integration of newly acquired businesses.
- Good at troubleshooting and strong experience in turnaround situations moving loss making operations to sustainable profit. Able to take and execute tough decisions when exit is needed.
