Leadership role in developing non-organic growth initiatives globally, with a primary focus on Europe. Lead research and indentification of potential acquisitions or major lift-out opportunities. Lead of the due diligence process.
Since October 2007 owner of teh Offshoring project at Group level. In charge to define the Offshoring strategy (shifting operation processes in a cost competitive market) and teh execution of the project. I assumed a leadership role across the organization (multi-cultural), creating momentum and aligning all involved people. Reporting on a monthly basis to the Group Executive Committee.
Achievements: I defined the offshoring strategy, structured due diligence process and country selection (Malaysia) and I organized the setup of the project, I handled the complete business plan with the financial forecast. Subsidiary successfully implemented with all regulatory approvals in 6 months. Company estabilshed and in production in less then 12 months. Projected to generate € 14 million cost savings in full production.

Desing and implementation of the strategic plan in line with the group objectives. Responsible for the P&L of the subsidiary and running of the local operation. My involvement was instrumental for the first client win. Strong changement management capacity for the integration of the first important mandate. Spin-off and integration successfully of a complete operation structure (people and system transition).

Director of the Baord of Dexia Fund Services Dublin Ltd. Responsible for the overall activity and development of the fund administration and custody business in Ireland. Acted as Country Manager for the Group. Responsible for the P&L of the subsidiary and the running of the local operation. Position the entity as a top service provider in the Irish market, reaching more the € 21 billion assets under administration. Total number of staff under my responsibility reach 115 in December 2001. Served as base for the international expansion of Dexia Fund Services.
Served as Director for a number of mutual funds and companies.
