    • In charge of the management of the portfolio of strategic programs and initiatives for the group including the acceptation process of new initiatives and management of ongoing programs in agreement with the strategy of the group.

    Responsible for the preparation, agreement and periodical review of Operating Memorandi covering the operational processes between the LFA and the various Investment Centers (In-house Funds) or Promoters (Third Party Clients).

    • Implementation of Funds, liaising with the promoter and the previous service provider, organizing for the take-over from the previous service provider and managing all related internal projects required to over client specific needs (main client: Pioneer).
    • Joint project of Pool rationalization in resulting in the merger of existing pools.
