    2015 - 2017 ▪ Responsible for structuring start-up in all HR, Budget, Reporting, IT, and daily operations
    activities such as Facilities, Maintenance, and Real Estate Acquisitions.
    ▪ Initiated HR organisation (Structuration of departments and Employees Position & Function, set up new goals of Employee Engagement and Experience Evolution), recruited Managers to support new organisation.
    * Planning/budgeting/reporting for real estate and FF&E in line with corporate directives
    and changes to Paris property portfolio, Optimization of costs relating to human
    resources, logistics, and transport, Planning/budgeting for long-term upkeep of
    apartments, Oversight of security deposit return process.

    * Improvement of time response to client requests when customer service issues arise
    involving properties or services.
    * Launching and leading big teamwork projects, such as:
    - Creation of a Policy regulating customer use of properties and services provided
    to them;
    - Preparation and management of properties turnovers including budget
    optimization, recruitment and training of seasonal staff, delivery on time of
    product and respect of company standards;
    - Planning for Emergency line and backup intervention system for out of business

    2010 - 2014 ▪ Manage transition & transformation; align new organization, culture and business
    ▪ Support CFO in funds management reorganization & staffing, prepare quarterly funds
