    Main responsibilities:
    - Designing user training program.
    - Go-live support on OM and customization of Org-Publisher.
    - Optimization of the payroll process.
    - Implementing of the social plan.
    - Payroll maintenance and evolutions.
    - Implementing the DADS-U.

    Kuala Lumpur 1999 - 2006 Main responsibilities: Development of Intranet, HR Portal, workflows or GED for several clients, such as LCL, Hermes, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Airport de Paris, Centre Georges Pompidou, Yves Rocher…Developments were mainly on Lotus Domino, JavaScript.

    Key achievements:
    - PricewaterhouseCoopers (France and Benelux, 1 year) implementing the HR Portal of PWC. This portal includes a CVtech, a staffing management tool, knowledge management database, an evaluation tool and training database; as well as an integrated workflow..

    - Hermes (international project, 18 months): managing and implementing the world wide SAV workflow project.

    - LCL: putting in place the development policy and guidelines for updating development.

    - CNP: implementing an e-training database and a GED.
