I love what I do!
Working with such a great team and with the coolest robots is a daily and exciting challenge.
I joined this amazing adventure more than 5 years ago... I got to take part in so many incredible challenges, it's almost impossible to believe that all this took place within the same company.
When I arrived, we were 70 crazy colleagues in Paris working insane hours... Today, we're more than 400, worldwide... and still working crazy hours :)
This change of format shaped our identity: adapting to it is my main challenge as Internal communication manager.
I care about the path our company takes and have at heart to share it and make it understandable to all our team members, no matter the hierarchy level or the departments. But that's not quite just what I do...
My job is not only to make sure that we're all on the same page thanks to all kinds of tools that I put in place, but also to keep the initial spirit, this little "je ne sais quoi" that makes it unique and fantastic to come to work everyday. Want to know my secret to be good at what I do? Easy, I care. A lot :)
What makes my day is when my colleagues tell me that they joined the company for the technological adventure... and stay for the human adventure. I know I'm part of this success, that's extremely rewarding and makes me proud.
