    Ramonville Saint Agne 2011 - 2016 Manage RF system design projects in satellite (Argos, Iridium, GPS, GPRS) equipment and terminal (beacon, receiver, antennas): 0,8 million Euros costs budget
    Main tasks:
    Analyze system requirements, capacity, cost, and customer needs to determine feasibility of project and develop system plan: Argos 4 certification test bench, Iridium/GNSS tracker...
    Develop and review budgets, estimating labor and material costs estimates and control expenditures
    Manage project budgets and keeping costs down

    Ramonville Saint Agne 1998 - 2010 Technical Manager for Iridium and Argos beacons, receivers and acquisition terminal
    Main tasks:
    Design products or systems for commercial or scientific applications
    Write new products requirements files and embedded software (I.e hydrology station, vehicle or personal tracking, Argos direct receiver)
    Direct and coordinate activities concerned with manufacture, construction, installation,
    maintenance, operation, or modification related to the CLS satellite terminal or beacons
    Manage Iridium and Argos beacon prototype development
    Develop and perform operational or testing procedure or plan for Argos or Iridium beacons
    Inspect satellite terminal to ensure conformance to specifications, safety standards, or applicable codes or regulations.
    Operate and calibrate computer systems and devices to comply with test requirements and to perform data acquisition and analysis.
    Fabricate and install parts and systems to be tested in test equipment, using hand tools, power tools, and test instruments
