    * The Business Roadmap, as a recurring process, is the starting point for the
    capacity analysis and the delivery (operational) plan

    * Define processes and standards to insure data quality ;
    * Consolidation of data to provide a transversal Roadmap ;
    * Insure coordination with Architecture ;
    * Lead In Take process to insure accurate governance ;
    * Business relationship managers practice owner

    Achievements
    * Implementation of new project governance process (In Take process) ;
    * Implementation of 18 month operational Roadmap ;
    * Consolidation of project demand and coordination with Finance (SCPM) ;
    * Animation of BRM community (Site, BRM meeting, process guidelines..) ;
    * Implementation of cash landing follow up
