Marie is a full-time real estate Broker & Consultant with 17 years of professional business experience. She is partner with her husband Eric Cederman to manage Cederman Properties Inc since year 2000.
To her services and expertise, Marie brings over 20 years in the Hospitality Industry. Marie-Pierre was born in the North of France and grows up in The Loire Vallee in Blois. She has traveled through out Europe, U.S.A. South America. Lived in England and Bermuda. She and her husband Eric fall in love with the Tampa Bay area in 1990 and call it home since. She became a naturalized US Citizen in 2000.. She enjoys horse riding, swimming Yoga and is a brown belt in Karate.
She taught French for 17 years and paint on her spare time.
Marie is slightly tenacious and keeps moving forward that is the key to her success.
