  • Mar.com - Marketing Communication support

    2014 - maintenant Brand development across various sectors ranging from industrial to consumer markets. Leverage brand equity through group events and global product launches while developing adapted communication content: Implementation of marketing communication programs, development of marketing communication tools (Web, Events, Corporate collaterals, Documentation...), social media marketing analysis, event organization.

    Main achievements: I developed the strategic marketing approach to promote the 2015 World Master Games in Canada and increased awareness at over 30 sports local federation within 3 weeks. I implemented new corporate presentation and collaterals at 2 small businesses. Over the last 2 years, I successfully organized 2 of WABCO’s main trade shows in the US.
  • WABCO - Marketing Communication Manager

    2008 - 2011 - Responsible for developing and implementing worldwide integrated marketing strategies in support of business objectives. Coordination, execution, and delivery of marketing communication activities.
    - Development and production of brand building and sales support collaterals, website management, advertising campaigns, trade shows organization, product launches, PR.
    - Development of communication tools. Define processes and develop marketing tools to improve quality, planning, and delivery of communication activities: image and collateral library, product launch RACI, promotional items. Management of external agencies and service suppliers.

    Main achievements: I launched over 15 new products during my 4 years at WABCO. I implemented new communication tools, including the launch of brand new identity guidelines and improved working processes within the department. Over 95% of my projects were delivered on time and within budget.
  • Orelis/ Novasep - Marketing & communication

    2001 - 2007 Set up and implemented operational Marketing and Communication plans for both internal and external communication. Responsible for a budget of 500 000 Euros: Media relations, E-tools development (website, podcastings, emailings), collaterals creation and update, advertisings campaign development and implementation, trade show organization.

    Internal communication: quarterly presentations, internal event and seminar organization, follow up of all company’s brands, IP: deposit, protection - supported worldwide sales force with market studies, price lists, mailings/emailings - customer satisfaction analysis and surveys.

    Main achievements: I supported Rhodia’s segmentation and positioning with achieving over 10 market studies. I played a key role in the merger with Novasep, working on the integration of the communication departments.
