- Building the buying budget per season for all the brands and managed the OTB in season
- Build up profitable and cohesive collection assortment plans at contry level to ensure the achivements of Retail seasonal financial targets (Sell out units, Revenue, Productivity, Margin... / manage a collection of about 300 options)
- Set European specific product strategies (category growth, fit investment/divestment, country specific growth strategy...) based on sell out and sell in analysis.
- Constant follow up of weekly performance by country / store typology / product category. Monitor sales and react through promotions, in season trading or different product placement (achieved a LFL growth on Ladies +10% season after season)
- Brief the Design/Merchandising team on specific market needs, opportunities and product whitespace for the European retail channel. Worked on entry price offer and product opportunities through SMU / FTM (20% turn over addition each season)
- Competition benchmarking to ensure the Brand, Product and price positioning in every market (frequent market visits)
- Product training to Sales staff and Visual merchandisers: provides all products info, focus on story by month to build up in store VM guidelines and increase sales
