2011 - 2011Deterministic modelling of p53-Mdm2 feedback loop using Matlab and R. The goal is to find biologically plausible conditions under which oscillations occur. This work was meant to support the development of a stochastic model of p53 signaling pathway. This is the first step in finding of a whole cancer reaserch project which aims at finding drugs kiling cancer cells without damaging healthy ones.
Work as a support of a doctor's thesis.
