  • Profilomic - Data analyst

Saclay 2014 - maintenant In charge of data analysis for external as well as in-house projects. Use of several univariate (hypothesis testing, multiple testing correction, linear (mixed) models, ANOVA, etc.) and multivariate (PCA, PLS(-DA), RandomForest, clustering, linear (mixed) models, ANOVA, etc.) methods.

Involved in experimental design, quality control, report writing and results presentation.

Development of in-house tools to enable and accelerate data treatment by non-programmers.

Work in a small multi-disciplinary team involoving comprehension of chemical and biological concepts (metabolomics and lipidomics from mass spectrometry). Training on basic statistical concepts with the rest of the team.

    Technological watch.
  • ISoft - Bioinformatics and Bioanalysis Engineer

Gif-sur-Yvette 2012 - 2014 Work on Amadea, a powerful software for data mining and data morphing of Big Data.

Involvement in the GB-3G project (subsidised by the French Research Agency). Development of modules and optimisization of an annotation transfer tool, benchmarking. Development of interactive web-interfaces for several workflows and tools developped during the project.

Updating and development of the module of Amadea dedicated to bioanalysis.

Translation of Help document of Amadea Web.

Involvement in the prototype of the web site for the Bioinformatic Department.
  • ISoft - Trainee, bioinformatics engineer

Gif-sur-Yvette 2012 - 2012 Optimizing the use of MaCH for haplotype imputation of SNPs for a well-known French institute.

Development of a module for an annotation transfer tool in the frame of the GB-3G project (French Research Agency program).

Work on Amadea, a powerful software for data mining and data morphing on Big Data.
  • Cross Cancer Institute, University of Alberta - Training in bio-mathematics modelling

2011 - 2011 Deterministic modelling of p53-Mdm2 feedback loop using Matlab and R. The goal is to find biologically plausible conditions under which oscillations occur. This work was meant to support the development of a stochastic model of p53 signaling pathway. This is the first step in finding of a whole cancer reaserch project which aims at finding drugs kiling cancer cells without damaging healthy ones.
Work as a support of a doctor's thesis.
    Use of Matlab and R.
    Sgnificant bibliography work.
