For over 4 years of IT sales management I successfully led multiple sales teams (local and remote teams) while constantly overachiving the (double digits) multi-million IT sales objectives for hardware, software, solutions & services.

The over 10 years in IT sales was one of the key pillars for driving sales operations and leading to success multiple teams.

Additionally, the 5 languages that I fluently speak were always a very big plus for many businesses and projects were I was involved directly or indirectly. The 5 languages are English, French, Portuguese, Italian and Romanian.

My diplomatic experience, combined with an empathic attitude and a business driven approach, helped me build and sustain successful teams in any business environment.

    Puteaux 2019 - 2019 Role overview: Leading 5 inside sales teams/4 directs team leaders + 56 indirects local inside sales representatives (41 France & 15 Africa North, Central & South).

    Role presentation: As Inside Sales Manager for France and Africa, I was responsible for the sales targets achievement on all segments: enterprise, commercial and SMB for France and all African countries (English, French and Portuguese speaking countries). The teams were organized either by business segment: enterprise, commercial, SMB and sales prospection (for France) or by geography (for Africa). The sales achievement was measured following an E2E process and each sales person was responsible for the deals closed within the individual portfolio.

    Role presentation: As Europe Sales Manager, I was responsible for the sales targets achievement on all segments: enterprise, commercial and SMB for 15 countries France, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Belgium, Luxembourg, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia. At the Global level, I was in charge for a field sales (direct/remote location) covering projects WW within a specific segment. The teams were organized by sales division (product selling, services selling, solutions selling) or by geography. The sales achievement was measured following an E2E process and each sales person was responsible for the deals closed within the individual portfolio. Aside of the sales teams, I was in charge for the Channel and Distribution Administration team, covering Europe and executing sales related administrative activities for inside and field sales teams around the continent.

    Rueil Malmaison 2017 - 2017 Role overview: Leading 2 inside sales teams (12 local & 6 remote) covering +20 countries on multiple continents.

    Role presentation: As ITD SMB Program Manager, I was responsible for the leading business transformation while expanding the teams scope, area of coverage and the sales execution matrix. The initial teams configuration was covering Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia-Pacific.

    Rueil Malmaison 2016 - 2017 Role overview: Driving business development and sales acceleration for a France business accounts portfolio.

    Role presentation: As inside sales representative for France, I was responsible for creating partner relationships and creating mutual trust for the IT channel partners. The ultimate goal was to leverage a strong business collaboration with the IT partners for profitable business collaboration and IT projects implementation.
  • Schneider Electric - Customer Service Officer, Pre-sales & Post-sales for France, Portugal, Italy and Africa

    Rueil Malmaison 2014 - 2016 Role overview: Providing technical support for Schneider Electric single phase and network based products, providing pre-sales recommendations for new products sales and lead qualification for new opportunities discovery.

    Role presentation: This role was one of a kind as it was the first multi/x4 language role covering all the teams activities at the same time. Providing technical support and generating revenue through new opportunities discovery while covering 75% of the team geographical coverage was a quite nice challenge for myself and I was a good asset for the business.

    Role presentation: As Sales Operations I was responsible for the creation, implementation and validation of the new customers projects and sales targets achievement for the ongoing projects. The teams were organized by project and by geography.

    2005 - 2006 Role overview: Running the Consulate and Embassy administrative related activities.

    Role presentation: As Diplomatic Consultant at the Embassy of Portugal in Romania, I had specific responsibilities within the Consulate and specific responsibilities within the Embassy. I had a close collaboration with the Commercial Section of the Embassy of Portugal (AICEP) while running business and PR activities. I was delegated translator and interpreter of the Embassy for public and commercial events.

    Roles presentation: During my University years, aside of teaching, I was involved in multiple projects and had different roles within a couple of organizations. From creating and running projects from scratch to conducting sales activities, planning and organizing events, selling products on the field, selling/buying/renting lands, villas and apartments to participating to global and local Congresses and setting-up the Congresses frameworks, it was a productive period with a very accelerated learning curve. As a key highlight, I managed to successfully lead any task or activity, to successfully manage negotiations, implement some projects on my own and build some solid foundations for business and community.

    2000 - 2001 Role overview: Teaching practical language courses to the Foreign Languages Faculty students.

    Role presentation: Teaching Portuguese (grammar and spoken language practice) to the 1st year Portuguese advanced students. My role was to assess and teach Portuguese grammar and verbal language in order for the students to integrate fast in the academic environment and to became ready to learn all the other study areas (history, culture, translations) in Portuguese. This role was linked to the University teaching module.
