As Head of Talent Acquisition at Ryanair, Europe's favourite airline, my role is to strategically manage the recruitment team who are responsible for our Pilot, Engineering, HQ and IT positions, as well as ensuring that Ryanair is seen as an employer of choice, not only within the airline industry, but in the general jobs market. With over 355 aircraft within our fleet and firm orders for over 200 new aircraft, we are going through extensive growth and as a result we are currently recruiting Pilots (Direct Entry and Cadets). Engineering Professionals, IT Staff forour Dublin IT Labs and our Polish subsidiary and Spanish subsidaries, Travel Labs Poland in Wroclaw and Travel Labs Spain in Madrid.
