2018 - maintenantIn a fast moving world, needs and concerns around automation evolve. My task is to understand what the new concerns and needs are in the industry to contribute that our HMI solutions still fulfill the real needs of the field.
To do so, I work very closely with our sales team, with our business unit and Business Development dpt.
This position allow me also to manage projects and find out the needed adaption(s) (hardware or software) to fulfill the customer’s needs about architecture, maintenance and using (customization).
In short terms how to combine Pepperl+Fuchs and our customers own knowledge and expertise to achieve more for both.
