As France & Spain District Manager,
I am responsible for the leadership of the district focusing on monitoring operational procedures, customer service, and the implementation of all corporate initiatives.
Overseeing both country Retail Stores operations and expansion, I am directly reporting to Vice President Operations in US.
My main objectives are to:
• Ensure that the assigned district adheres to all company policies regarding customer service standards, operational processes/procedures, and directives
• Visit stores within the assigned district to review all operating procedures and identify/report areas for improvement to Executives
• Motivate Store Managers to maximize sales/profits, maintain store presentation standards, and ensure safety by successfully creating a fun, challenging, and rewarding culture
• Ensure compliance of store presentation standards; ensure that the district’s stores meet company expectations for excellent customer service
• Ensure that all stores are properly staffed, including conducting interviews for store management and efficiently processing all promotions, transfers, employee disciplines, etc.
• Ensure the efficient and correct completion of markdowns, returns, new hire store scheduling, terminations, and warnings
• Lead by example, serving as the role model in all aspects and functions of the business.
After more than 15 years in Retail I had the opportunity to work for Premium Denim Brand and for Leaders in Sport Industry.
