Passionate about innovation and new technologies, I am convinced that the digital disruption is changing all industries business models and that tomorrow’s leading companies will enter this era will a wide offer of services on top of products and outstanding customer experience.

Data (internal and external) lie at the heart of this transformation. Data are everywhere; their complexity and volume are increasing drastically. Therefore, those who know, manage and govern their data will be able to unleash great disruptive innovations.

I have spent my first ten years in IT for the air travel and manufacturing industries and my convictions have been strengthened. Data are key whether we talk about manufacturing products and components, spare parts and material, supplier or customer characteristics …

This experience and a strong will of being an entrepreneur are the reasons why I am taking part in the creation of Phianiss – Data Management.

At Phianiss, we accompany our clients in their digital transformation by helping them structure, organize and manage their data.

  • Michelin - Program Manager

    FERRAND 2012 - maintenant Michelin Upstream Supply Chain transformation program (OPE program – Outil de Pilotage de l’Entreprise): introduction of a PLM, an ERP, a Supply Chain Planning system and a WMS for the group.

    After occupying several positions within the program (deploy projects, release manager), I took over the position of IT Program Manager for the WMS.

    In charge of building and deploying the solution in all factories of the Michelin group, I initiated and led the implementation of an Agile at Scale delivery model in a mixed onshore/offshore outsourcing context.
    With the teams, we designed interfaces between the WMS, the PLM and the ERP in order to provide real time stock vision to achieve smart closing (financial closing simplification) and unified supply chain planning.
  • Amadeus IT Group - Team Leader, Product Definition Team

    Sophia Antipolis 2010 - 2012 Leading an international team of Functional and Business Analysts specialized in IT projects for airlines : Airlines Inventory, Availability and Revenue Management systems (Amadeus Altéa Suite).

    Building innovative fares availability algorithms (yield management), taking into account all data available about the trip (connections, durations, day of the week …) and the passenger (frequent traveler, country …) in order to approximate the passenger willingness to pay and therefore to protect and maximize the revenue generated for the airline. Some of those inventions have been patented (ref. US 20130024217 A1).
  • Astek Sud Est - Consultant

    2008 - 2010 Working as a Business Functional Analyst for Amadeus IT Group.

    In charge of re-engineering processes adjusting in real time capacity between cabins (moveable curtain between business and economy) depending all available information (flight loads, time to departure, day of departure …) and therefore ensuring marginal profit of each bookings.
