I am Regional Development Manager within Club Méditerranée SA, in charge of the development of the asset portfolio in Northern & Western Africa, France, Switzerland, Turkey and Mauritius.

Responsible for developing the portfolio on specific geographical areas, I have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, dealing with multiple issues, usually unique, within different cultural and business environments.

I have been working on bare development (new resorts or take-over), as on asset management (refurbishment, refinancing, sales or contracts renegociations). In charge of both internal coordination and relationships with all external contributors, each project allows me to handle a full set of issues specific to each department of Club Med, and to manage the expectations of a wide range of partners (investors, banks, authorities) in an international environment.

Graduated from HEC Paris in 2009, I joined the Development Department of Club Med to actively participate to the repositioning of the brand upscale, after a first successful experience in the same department during my gap year, before evolving to my actual position. Within the Grande Ecole Programme of HEC Paris, I also had the opportunity to work for a Real Estate Investment Fund in London, before specializing in project management and accountability with the Majeure Entrepreneurs.

Interested in project management in general, and in specific issues in complex and international environment, I am looking for multiplying experiences and achievements to keep on developing my skills and take ever more responsibility.

    • Commercial strategy – Target attractive destinations to feed a strong multimarket demand

    • Fine-tune financial projections and arrangements to reach win-win situations with partners
    • Accompany partners to source full financing and obtain all authorizations to make projects come true

    Adapt on the specificities of projects and set the best strategy to achieve development operations
