Work-study Internship in the International and European Relations unit
• Helped for the organization of the International Solidarity Congress in November 2013 ( created the invitations, managed the intendance, checked the deed of the Congress, literature search)
• Helped for the organization of South-African (from Western-Cape) delegation in Burgundy in November 2013 (supported the coordination of the event, managed the intendance)
• Will help for the organization of the International Mobility Congress (spring 2014)
• Wrote the presentation for the different exhibitions created by the Regional Board of Elected Representatives of Burgundy (the French-German friendship exhibition, the European studying programs exhibition, and the exhibition for the International Solidarity Congress)
• Updated and created the online descriptions of the different countries the Regional Board of Elected Representatives of Burgundy works with

• Formed for secretarial work
• Organized the International solidarity Congress (focus on women and young ladies, with the Millennium Development Goals) : created the program of the Congress
• Created and wrote a guide of the Franco-German friendship (focus on the relationship between Burgundy and Rhenanie-Palatinat)
• Organized numerous celebrations (such as graduation ceremonies and award ceremonies)
• Created signs for a touring exhibition about European studying programs for teenagers and students from Burgundy
• Created and wrote guide for a working abroad program available for students from Burgundy, and its editorial
• Created a feedback form for students back in Burgundy after an internship abroad : how was their internship abroad helped them to find a job back in France
• Analyzed the results of the feed-back form and write a report on it: Most of the students support this program: this experience is depicted as very rewarding and well organized. The results show that they tend to find a job more easily when they go back to France.
