Currently living in Shanghai for five years, I had the opportunity to discover, learn & adapt myself to a new culture.

HEALING by DESIGN

Design is more than creating a space beautifully. I consider Spatial Design as a therapy with real healing power improving a space, an environment, a person... I am very interested to see how Design positively impacts on everyday life situations in the street, at home, at work...

Through my design studies and professional experiences, I had the opportunity to work on sensitive projects by designing spaces with positive impacts & thinking on people health, feelings & habits, animals needs, natural environments & public usages...

- A healing center where people can be spiritually & physically healed.
- A zoo where animals can feel themselves home & protected.
- Small shops in Shanghai where workers can improve their everyday life habits.
- An autonomous house in waterfalls where the nature can survive to the urbanization.
- A Railways stop renovation where passers-by can enjoy, feel safe & be confident.
- A day-nursery where children can easily and safely grow up.

    2016 - maintenant Centdegrés is an independent global design agency with a strong expertise in the field of luxury and premium international brands.

    As being part of the interior design & architecture team, my role is to work on different scale projects: Retail, Events, Exhibitions Design (in China and abroad).

    - Meet the clients / Brands from the beginning until the end of the design process.
    - Understand & Analyse brands codes / Values / Culture / Environment.
    - Brainstorm with the team to highlight strong ideas / concepts.
    - Create Mood boards for each concept to describe the atmosphere.
    - Create emotional & unique spaces through sketches, 3D modelling (3ds max), Renderings (photoshop)
    - Prepare projects presentations to the clients (Indesign).
    - Prepare technical Drawings and meet with suppliers (CAD)

    2014 - 2014 Creation of new concepts based on the context, the history & the environment of each project.
    Work on small scale projects as restaurant (interior design) & large scale projects as a commercial mall, an hotel and a healing center ( Architecture / Landscape & Interior design)
    Present each concepts through different communicative medium as 3D (Sketchup, 3DS Max & Rhino), Plans ( CAD), diagrams ( Photoshop) and reference pictures

  • DARIEL Studio, interior design agency based in Shanghai, CHINA - Intern

    2012 - 2013 Creation of new spaces for differents projects such as nightclub.
    Creation of very detailed plans and elevations thanks to AutoCAD.
    Creation of 3D modeling thanks to SketchUp and 3ds Max.
    To design new spaces but also furniture and graphism.

  • "A.D.koat" an interior architecture agency based in Nantes, France. - Intern

    2011 - 2011 I had to create new living spaces for many clients (bedrooms, living rooms, bathrooms, dressing-rooms, kitchens).
    In charge of doing research on furniture, building materials, colors.
    Gave many blueprints and other technical drawings to professionals (electricians, decorators, plasterers).

    2010 - 2010 3 months, a summer job.

    A seasonal work in factory, food industry (bread, brioche, pastry).
    Shift work to earn money for my studies.
    Activities like:
    - Dough mixing
    - Packing boxes for delivery.

    2009 - 2009 Discovery of architect’s career and work.
    Took part in meetings on work sites between the architect and other professionals (builders, electricians).
    Visited construction sites.

    2005 - 2005 Discovery of different jobs such as design engineer, product engineer, marketing engineer, product quality engineer.
