    I) Complete and cross device social plugins integration on all Orange France websites / webapps / apps (letting customers like & share Orange content with their friends)

    - developpment coordination : buikd (guidelines, hosting, security ...) & run (keeping all social enablers up to date, guidelines for evolutions ...)
    - adressing deep user experience problems with cross devince integration
    - training : creation of 2 separate and exhaustive trainings for Orange staff to be able to learn how to comprehend social media and how to write social media publications properly (fb, twitter, G+, Pinterest, Instagram...)

    II) Define and apply the global Open Graph strategy for Orange France (websites, contests ...)

    - where to put the facebook connect ?
    - how to connect social accounts and telco accounts on Orange portals ?
    - how many facebook applications ?
    - what permissions asked for what use ?
    - optimisation of the customer journey & UX in general
    - how to collect and aggregate insights properly ?
    - what legal issues does it create ?
    - how do we keep everything up to date when Facebook modifies anything on its side ?
    - creation of a global Social TV customer journey

    III) Social Big Data

    - how can we collect and store social data ?
    - how can we cross social data anb telco data
    - definition of the use cases to prioritize

    - part of the "customer listening" program, using Trendybuzz to monitor the web and be able to react to good or bad buzz in real time.
