  Refinery Rehabilitation & Adaptation Project (Samsung/Sonatrach)

  * Supervision, inspection and monitoring of QA/QC Stone Columns
  Activities
  * Approval of the achieved works (analyze, verify and approve
  production sheet "JEAN LUTZ" of each Stone Column),
  * Managing all the QA/QC group ;
  * Updating and approving the daily; weekly and Monthly reports of
  production.
  * Supervision and monitoring of CPT and Static Load Test.
  * Check documentation and visual inspection during delivery of
  aggregates,

  2009 - 2011 the construction of the New LNG Train Skikda (Supervision of the
  construction of Sub-stations, Laboratory and Control building).

  * Civil & architectural supervision of buildings (Control building,
  laboratory and Substations).
  * Supervision, inspection and monitoring of all subcontractors' daily
  construction activities on all ongoing buildings to ensure quality and
  progress and proper implementation as per approved drawings/plans
  * Ensures all subcontractor's workers are working under a safe
  environment and condition in compliance with the project's HSE
  standards and requirements
  * Works closely with other Site Supervisors for electrical, HVAC,
  piping, fire protection, fire and gas and other utilities to ensure all
  works are correctly planned and interfaces are managed in an
  acceptable manner

  CERGY PONTOISE 2008 - 2009 Field Engineer within the French Company Leduc & Spie Foundations
  (KBRII Subcontractor) for the construction of the New LNG Train

  * Elaboration of daily, weekly and monthly reports. ;
  * Supervision of the works: Driving piles and vibrator. ;

  * Documents control: coordination between KBR's drawings and site
  works.

  2007 - 2008 : Skikda - Architect with the technical
  « Sociéta' Italiana Per Condotte
  d'Aqcua » for the project : Connection to the Sea Water Desalination in
  two phases 12KM and 40KM with a Tank of 40.000M3 of capacity and two
  tanks of 5.000M3 and 10.000M3 of capacity.

  * Document control of the drawings provided by the main office of Italia
  and incorporation of any changes on site.
