CIVIL INSPECTION:
* Conduct civil inspection of large concrete equipment foundations, dike wall, tank foundations, buildings, pipe racks and road works.
* Check the dimensionn of forms, bracings and supports, tightness of form joints, quality of forms
* Inspect reinforcement steel, check size, covers, and spacing; rebar defects, lap splice length and location, dowels, embedded length.
* Inspect pile works, check the rebar cage, length and size. Monitor drilling works, installation of rebar cage and steel casing pull off. Conduct settlement test, integrity test and evaluate the results.
* Monitoring of pre-cast and driving piles activity . ;
* Monitor concreting activities; check concrete slumps, temperature of concrete, air content, cylinder samples, arrival time and observed placement and handling of concrete.
* Monitor curing of concrete, check water soluble, wrapping of burlaps / hessian cloths and conduct random inspection for all under cured concrete structures.
* Inspect concrete pavement works, check slab thickness, location of expansion and contraction joints. Check joint fillers, dowel bars, backing rods and sealant.
* Inspect trenches and culvert, check dimensions and size, location of expansion joints, installation of water stop.
* Inspect Asphalt road works, check preparation of sub-base, base course and surface wear course. Monitor temperatures, compaction and density test.
* Identify concrete defects, evaluate and recommend repairs.
* Check surface protection for all below ground concrete structures, monitor the application of epoxy coat, installation of protection board and conduct DFT test and evaluate the results.
* Inspect water proofing activities for Manholes, Sumps and Catch basins, Check installation of water stops, HDPE membrane. Conduct spark test, leak test, vacuum test and shear test and evaluate the results.
* Conduct inspection for grouting, check surface preparation, and monitor application.
* Conduct surveillance inspection on soil backfilling works, check layer thickness, compaction equipment, assess soil moist and identify material classification.

* Apply random calibrated torques and turn of bolts method on the selected bolted connection beams, bracings, and column / beam connections.
* Inspect penetration on steel floor and check protection plate.
* Inspect fire proofing works for pipe rack, equipment skirts, saddles and lugs. Check installation of wire mesh, stud bolts, application of key coat, joint sealant and monitor ambient temperature. Evaluate density test results.
* Performs joint punch walk down with the client.
ARCHITECTURAL INSPECTION
* Inspect wall cladding, check wall and insulation materials, cladding supports and monitor installation.
* Inspect ceiling works, check materials, hangers, T-runners, ceiling elevations, levelness.
* Inspect floor tiling, check materials, dimensions, floor tile level, grouting,.
* Inspect room cabinets, check dimensions, materials, height and defect.
* Check window frames, size, elevation, materials. ;
* Inspect door unit, check materials, size and identify the type.
* Inspect masonry works, check masonry size, piling technique, level, and grout thickness. Monitor mixing of aggregates, cement. Evaluate test results of masonry strength, bond strength of plaster and the strength of grout.
* Inspect painting works; check surface preparation, application of primer, scrubbing and the application of coatings. Conduct DFT test and evaluate the results. ;
