Since its beginning, I lead a project based on the development of Yamato Transport’s delivery service at global level, with the partnership of a well-known French express delivery company. Key project for Yamato Transport’s Expansion Strategy, called "DAN-TOTSU Plan 2019”, my tasks are to link Operations, Sales and IT Systems for, at first, 2 countries and 4 delivery services, which involve 5 companies (first service is now operational since Sept. 2017). Even at global level, this project is one of the first of its kind.

Mainly responsible of the international communication, the design of the business, operations and IT flows and the coordination between our company and external companies (meeting, tools, communication platform, presentation, assistance…).

In summary, I am the “handyman” of 2 projects products groups (13 PMs) in the site and 1 in the Asia region.
