  • Yamato Global Logistics - Project Leader, International Strategy Development Division

    2016 - maintenant Since its beginning, I lead a project based on the development of Yamato Transport’s delivery service at global level, with the partnership of a well-known French express delivery company. Key project for Yamato Transport’s Expansion Strategy, called "DAN-TOTSU Plan 2019”, my tasks are to link Operations, Sales and IT Systems for, at first, 2 countries and 4 delivery services, which involve 5 companies (first service is now operational since Sept. 2017). Even at global level, this project is one of the first of its kind.
  • Yamato Tranport Co., Ltd. - Project Manager, Global Development Department

    2015 - 2016 Assign to the development of our delivery service on a global level, mainly focus on European market. Work on several international projects and inside a team. Mainly responsible of the international communication, the design of the business, operations and IT flows and the coordination between our company and external companies (meeting, tools, communication platform, presentation, assistance…).
  • Valeo Japan - RO/Site Project Administrator

    Paris 2014 - 2015 Calculate, control and share with Finance/Controlling departments the project results, forecasts, budgets of 2 products group. Site key user of internal informatics tools linked with SAP (MIP, PWA) and Google sites. In charge of weekly/monthly meetings organization (NPA, RO/ Site PMC). In summary, I am the “handyman” of 2 projects products groups (13 PMs) in the site and 1 in the Asia region.
  • Valeo Japan - PG Industrial Engineer

    Paris 2013 - 2014 Manage a project to create an intersite tool with automatic standard processes on a common network. The purpose is to detect the issue on actual and projected, internal and external, supplier capacities versus our demand, on a horizon of 18 months
  • UTC Carrier - Stage - Ingenieur logistique

    2013 - 2013 Observation, analyse, et traitement des arrêts des lignes de production duent aux écarts de stock sur des composants critiques. Evaluation du cout et mise en place de solution.
