MASSY2007 - maintenant- Monitor the functioning of all network elements in order to ensure the continuity of Mobistar's high level services to its customers.
- Ensure the fault management process & methods, acting as a first line trouble shooter (alarm analysis + remote actions) and pilot level 1 & 2-engineers on the field ensuring a quick and adequate solution to the problem.
- Register all interventions and communications related to the fault resolution in the ticketing system.
- Control service level agreements with internal and external partners & implement technical and managerial escalation procedures.
- Ensure the notification process towards the management in case of major incidents.
- Prepare reports on day-to-day activities to management.
- Contribute to continuous improvement (tools, process & methods, project integration,…).
