this was a B to B activity,
I was Responsable for the Weekly Sale and the Weekly billing figures.
I coordinated the Order Entry team in aim to reach the weekly targets and was constantly pushing on our Distributors in aim to convince them to accept a shipment and an invoicing.
I coordinated the shipment of good with Logistics service and made sure Promotional material and spare parts were sent all together with goods, I controlled the incoterms and the invoicing at everything was matching our Distributors requirements.
I was in charge of negotiating Payment Plans with Distributors , and was helping the Financial department for their cash collecting.
Organization is the Key word, as well as the ability to adapt, and to react quickly, and to resist to stress, I gained strength in that position .
